Hi Don, Our experience with Freedom has been great! We recently sold our home and the staff at Freedom went above and beyond to inspect/service our HVAC units so we could close on time. Selling a home is one of the most stressful things you can go through. The people buying our home had issues getting the loan approved by the underwriter (he took FOREVER). When the underwriter finally responded, he wanted our HVAC serviced. I called Freedom and the sweet receptionist told me the first available appointment was over a week away. HVAC service is all we need to close and waiting a week would push our closing out even further. I explained the situation and she was able to get us an appointment 2 days later (on a Friday) and we were able to close Monday afternoon. I am so thankful she was able to rearrange the schedule and find someone to help us in a pinch. EXCELLENT service! Thank you Freedom!
It went great!! It was a very hot day and I called and the staff was very nice and professional. Within a couple of hours or less I had AC. The repair tech was very nice and thorough. I was referred to u by my parents Carey and Diane Kennedy and I will do the same.
We recently had our heating and air ducts cleaned by Tom and Edwin and they did a great job. They were here all day and returned the following day to install lights in our ducts. They were thoughtful and courteous and did an outstanding job of trying to get to every little ounce of dust.
More than good they all went the extra mile…
I wanted to express how impressed I was with our technician from Freedon HVAC. I feel a bit ashamed that I can’t recall his name- but he did a tune up on our furnace last night at 3304 Faring Rd. We are new to the home and new to the area and thankfully he was patient and knowledgeable and even after the system was being a bit stubborn- was able to diagnose the issue and get everything going before he left. He was also very respectful of my wife, our home and even my over anxious dog who desperately wanted to play fetch with him.
That goes a long way with us and we will certainly be in touch in the future if we have any issues.

The people that came out to install and/or check on our newest a/c unit from you this past week were all very nice. But I have to give a pat on the back to the young men that worked so hard installing the unit on 8/24/16….(I think he has Tourette Syndrome, Tracy Goggins and Jonathon Moses….super nice guys). They worked so hard in that blistering heat, and was so courteous and pleasant. They are a real asset to your company.

The biggest challenge we had was the age of our system and the refrigerant leak it had developed. We didn’t want to spend on a new system until next year, ideally, and were also put off by the idea of disruption to the home. We had a tile drain installed in our basement last year which took 4 weeks and left the entire house covered in cement dust.
Scott Russell and his son-in-law came out, yesterday, to test for a leak, assured me that would fix the leak if it was fixable, and found a large leak on the compressor aluminum pipes which was, unfortunately, un-fixable.
He explained that we could pay over 12 months with no interest and said the system could be replaced in 4 hours. The payment plan was ideal, I was skeptical about the time to install but we decided to go ahead as our options were limited, to say the least. Four hours after Tracy and Chris arrived the job was done, the old system removed and all mess cleared away. I’ve had a chance to look at the workmanship, today, expecting it to look shoddy considering how quickly they completed it but it really is very neat and of a high standard.
The system is working very well and is a lot quieter than the 30 year old one we were limping along with. I’d like to pass on my commendation to everyone involved, especially Tracy (sp) and Chris who did the job professionally and with a high degree of courtesy. In short, I am glad that I did drop by your site, Don, and would like to thank you for a job well done.
