With our service agreement, you will receive priority scheduling, service discounts, and regular preventive maintenance to keep your HVAC system in its best working order.

In addition, your Freedom Heating and Cooling service agreement includes:

5% Off New Unit Purchases and 20% Discount on Parts When it’s time for a new, energy-efficient HVAC system, we’ll give you 5% off the complete installation. When you consider the average unit today costs over $5,000 installed, the savings are significant.
The Freedom Labor Guarantee All of our labor services are guaranteed for 30 days. If you have a problem within 30 days of service, there will be no charge to come back out and diagnose the problem. We stand by our work and live up to our motto: Worry Free Comfort Today.

The Agreement begins on the listed Start Date and lasts for 12 months (“Term”) unless you cancel or fail to pay the Agreement fee. This Agreement includes the number of tune-ups and cleanings as listed in your Agreement per 12-month period. Tune-ups and cleanings must be scheduled 6 months apart. Your HVAC system must be performing its fundamental operations in normal service for all points of the tune-up to be provided. You will receive priority service, a 20% discount on all parts and any repair work performed on your HVAC system, plus 5% off a full system replacement. This Agreement also includes one plumbing inspection per year upon your request consisting of a visual inspection of your fixtures, faucets, valves and water heater, and a pressure test for your plumbing system. I’ve said this before but it beats repeating. I’ve never had another company who continued to give me such top-notch service AFTER I spent all my money with them and after the usual honeymoon “sales” process. First, you stand by your product. After dealing with my terrible home warranty company for weeks I finally gave up and called you guys. You had Preston at my house that same night. Preston is always great. He diagnosed it and I was blown away that the super expensive part was still covered Under warranty. My unit is 7 years old and no one batted an eye. What a relief! Preston ordered the part and then we had to coordinate getting it installed. Mark was amazing trying to get me scheduled. It was going to take one more night and he tried all sorts of things to get that part picked up and Preston back to my house so I don’t have to deal with no heat. It was so obvious that he really cared that I was going to have to wait another 18 hours. You just don’t get folks like that much these days. I think you folks have a great product backed by even better people and service and I’m a lifelong fan.

Micheal was a true professional who focused on getting the job done right. The HAVC unit had a leak and he identified the problem explained what had to be done. Checked for warranty which Lennox who did not support copper coils past 5 years. He did install new aluminum parts which should have long life. Overall he explained the job well, followed up with appointments and completed the work in a timely supportive way.
