I have nothing but to say that you run a company that has well qualified professional and courteous staff that goes all the way to trouble shoot and help the customer. I was having issues with air conditioning and would not cool during the scorching peak of the summer. I forgot the name of staff members who systematically eventually found a part that was under warranty had gone bad. He got it ordered and fix the issue.
