Upon arrival to a PTUTSR call. Checked the system, and found multiple issues with the system. The duct work is in poor shape. There's mold in the system. The vent pipe is rusted out., its not sealed properly in multiple spots. The filter prop is cutting out over 75% of return air flow. The gas line is not installed properly. The sauder joints on the compressor are unreliable. The outdoor fan motor blades are not attached. Cleaned up. TO to Terry. Client not addressing issues at this time.

Upon arrival for a FCCPTU call. Checked the system performed fall maintenance and inspection. Checked all electrical components, and motors. Inspected coils, and heat chambers. Inspected duct system, noticed substantial bacterial growth inside of ducts. Cleaned up, system working as we as it should upon departure.

Upon arrival to a FCC Tune up, checked the system, and checked all system components, they are all functioning properly. The Only deficiency found is a rather severe case of microbial growth in the duct system. The system was properly cleaned, and inspected. Cleaned up, everything working as well as it can upon departure.
