Yes! Our weekend staff is one third the size of our normal staff during the week. We work a 3-week rotation so our staff has 1 weekend on and two weekends off. The weekend services are designed to be able to respond to emergency calls such as units not working (not heating and not cooling), a noise coming from the AC unit, etc.
We are available for service, seasonal HVAC tune-ups, and duct cleanings but these appointments go quickly. We prioritize our Freedom Comfort Club Members and then open the available slots to our non-members. We typically schedule weeks or even months in advance.
If you require a weekend appointment, just ask the office personnel when is the next available weekend timeslot. We will be more than happy to assist you.
